2012 King Billy - SOLD OUT

2016 "Styx Gully" Chardonnay - SOLD OUT
Has a lovely ‘silky’ palate with those gorgeous, fresh stone fruit flavours predominating. This wine is well flavoured though has good delicacy and is beautifully balanced. The French oak used has added complexity without overriding the Chardonnay fruit flavours. 2015 "Book Ends" Cabernet Sauvignon
A well textured wine with great depth of fruit; particularly ripe boysenberry and blackberry fruit flavours. This wine has lovely mouthfeel, a beautiful silkiness and is very well balanced; the intense fresh berry fruit flavours being complemented by the oak characters picked up during barrel maturation. 2015 "Two Steps" Shiraz
A beautifully weighted palate with sweet, mouth filling, boysenberry fruit flavours. Good mouthfeel with the fleshy, smoky, spicy berry fruit flavours complemented by the oak characters picked up during barrel maturation.
