2006 "Two Steps" Shiraz Viognier

The 2006 summer and autumn were one of the coolest on record in Southern Western Australia. The long, cool ripening period meant the fruit was picked with great intensity of flavour.

Colour:
Deep brick red.

Aroma:
White pepper abounds on the nose with subtle hints of
oak.

Palate:
The medium bodied palate is soft and luscious. Berry
flavours are nicely integrated with spicy white pepper
through the midpalate. Some oak is evident on the finish combining with spices and hints of tumeric.

Cellar Potential:
5-7 years.
